The Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival is an annual film festival sharing stories that celebrate the human spirit. Organized by LADD, a non-profit that supports adults with disabilities to live, work and connect, the OTR International Film Festival takes place throughout Over-the-Rhine and hosts celebrities, red carpet events, parties, and a Global Village. The festival will have a bevy of special events, pre and post movie receptions, and conversations that feature festival talent.
